Zechang Shin graduated from King's College London, UK, with a PhD in Physics in 1989 and was awarded the King's College London Prize for Excellence in Doctoral Dissertation. He is currently Professor in the School of Mathematical Sciences, Professor in the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Director of the Center for Advanced Photonics Technology, and Associate Dean of the Graduate School of Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He was the Founding Associate Dean of the School of Mathematical Sciences, Nanyang Technological University and Director of the Interdisciplinary Graduate School Program at Nanyang Technological University. He has been awarded the Singapore Newcomer Award for Outstanding Contribution, Global Highly Cited Scientist, Honorary Professor of Moscow State University, Adjunct Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences and other internationally renowned institutions, Singapore Physics Society Gold Medal for Research Excellence, Nanyang Technological University Research Innovation Award, Expert Advisory Committee of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, and former President of the Singapore-China Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology Exchange. He was invited by the Nobel Prize Committee to nominate candidates for the Nobel Prize in Physics and was invited to nominate candidates for the Japan Prize; under his initiative, Nanyang Technological University established the Institute of Photonics, with Sir David Payne as its director, and the Center for Disruptive Photonic Technologies. He also started Nanyang Technological University's collaboration with Vietnam National University (Hanoi), initiated collaboration agreements with the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) and Moscow State University (MSU).

Prof. Yaguo Lei a professor at Xi'an Jiaotong University, a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), a Fellow of the International Society for Engineering Asset Management (ISEAM), a recipient of the National Outstanding Young Scientists Fund, a candidate of the National Special Support Program for High-Level Talents, and a highly cited scientist of Corevantage. Prof. Tao Ye, Southern University of Science and Technology, China
Professor Ye of the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering of Southern University of Science and Technology is a doctoral supervisor, national distinguished expert (national key talent introduction project), adjunct professor of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of Carnegie Mellon University. He graduated from the Department of Electronic Engineering of Tsinghua University in 1993 and received his Ph.D. from Stanford University in 2004. His main research directions are integrated circuits, EDA, brain-like neural circuits, artificial intelligence chips, Internet of Things communication chips and sensor devices. With more than 20 years of experience in the field of integrated circuit design and EDA, especially in the application specific integrated circuit (ASIC) and mix-signal IC (Mix-Signal IC), Prof Ye has a wealth of academic and industrial experience. He was the Technical Director of the Hong Kong Logistics and Supply Chain Management Technology R&D Centre (LSCM), one of the five government R&D centres in Hong Kong, and led a number of Hong Kong Government Innovation and Technology Fund projects as Project Leader and Principal Investigator. He has participated in the design of the world's first miniature low-power RFID tag chip and RFID reader chip, which combines RFID with mobile phone mobile platforms, so that RFID technology can eventually be extended to user terminals, and generate huge market opportunities in the fields of product anti-counterfeiting, authentication and payment. At the same time, Prof Ye also participated in the formulation and implementation of world standards and protocols for Internet of Things technology, and pioneered and developed a variety of key technologies for the Internet of Things. Assistant Professor Yao holds a PhD from University of Cambridge, UK. Currently assistant professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, National University of Singapore, PhD supervisor. Se has long been engaged in the preparation, forming and multifunctional characteristics of advanced structural and functional materials, and has made breakthroughs in the research on the integrated design and manufacture of functional materials-structures based on additive manufacturing in recent years. Yihui Zhang is a long-appointed professor at Tsinghua University. He has long been engaged in the research of soft matter mechanics, 3D microstructure assembly, and mechanics of flexible electronic devices.
